Purpose and legal basis of processing

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing our services, concluding and performing a contract, fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, including invoicing and tax settlements, and pursuing claims arising from a contract or the law. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b), 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing data on behalf of the Controller, including employees, collaborators, accounting companies, goods and service providers, transport companies, postal operators, banks and other entities cooperating with the Controller in the provision of services.

Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract, and after its completion for the period required by law, including archival and tax regulations, or until an effective objection to processing is raised.

Your personal data is obtained directly from you in connection with a contract being concluded or in order to perform our services. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will make it impossible to conclude and perform the contract.
